Report: DE Irvin Will Visit Bears Before Draft
" (CBS) It looks as if the Bears have their sights set on a picking up a defensive end via the draft.

According to a report, West Virginia DE Bruce Irvin will make a pre-draft visit to Halas Hall on April 16.

Irvin registered 22.5 sacks in two seasons with the Moutaineers. The 6-2, 245-pounder recorded a 4.43 40-yard dash time, turning heads at the NFL Scouting Combine last month.

The defensive end does come with some baggage, though, as he was arrested last week for allegedly damaging a sign outside a Jimmy John’s sandwich shop. The high school drop out also has other off-field incidents in his past "
