As much as for a fairly low entry ticket, performance can reach 5 to 7, especially in Paris. A performance far superior to that of a rental unit, even if it is part of an advantageous tax device. Reason for which good rooms and car parks are always recipe. "The lease is only governed by the civil Code, indicates Michel Platero, there is no term obligation and, if you want to retrieve the car park, just a registered letter with a delay of a month's notice, but unpaid are very marginal."
