The calendar opens with the National Conference of executives assembled by Prime Minister, and then I resolutely with Alain Marleix dialogue with parliamentarians and the associations of elected representatives. With regard to the completion of the intermunicipal 2014, consultation with the elected representatives is already deeply involved.
With what schedule do you able to conduct these first projects
The President of the Republic requested a draft framework for the beginning of the summer. The summer will collect the responses and proposals of parliamentarians and the associations of elected officials on this preliminary draft. This will allow to introduce in the fall of framework law on the offices of the assemblies with probably a first reading at the budget session in the last quarter of 2009. At the same time, we will start drafting legislation declining this framework. Some of the proposals still require clarification and discussion. They will be discussed. It is for example the question of the maintenance of the cantons or the cities. Much will need to weigh all the consequences and take into account the reaction of the elect.
